Official Rules: Diaper Concierge Instagram Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Diaper Concierge LLC (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including Instagram.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Diaper Concierge, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins at the 8:00 PM Central Time on April 27, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on May  9, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram:

  1. Follow Diaper Concierge on Instagram.

  2. Like the official giveaway post.

  3. Tag at least 3 (three) friends in the comments section.

  4. If you + at least 3 friends that you tagged follow us, you are entered to win!

  5. (Optional) Share the post to your Instagram Story and tag @diaperconcierge for one bonus entry.

Each comment with at least 3 unique tagged friends counts as one entry. No purchase necessary. Entries generated by bots or multiple accounts are not allowed.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) year’s worth of diapers for one (1) child (Approximate Retail Value: varies based on brand and size of diaper, but estimated at $$600-$1,000). The prize is non‑transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about May  10, 2026.
The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 24  hours. The potential winner must respond within 24  hours of notification to claim the prize and may be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Diaper Concierge the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Diaper Concierge, Instagram, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or prize acceptance. Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, unauthorized interference, or late/incomplete entries.

10. Taxes

Any and all tax liabilities arising from this promotion are the sole responsibility of the winner.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, including the Texas Business and Commerce Code, Chapter  621, relating to promotional contests.

12. Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used only for administering this giveaway in accordance with Diaper Concierge’s Privacy Policy.
